Shipping & Returns

  • Where does my order ship from?

    All packages are shipped via USPS (with tracking) from Maryland, USA.

  • Do you ship worldwide?

    Polkadot Cute ships worldwide with the exception of the United Kingdom & Russia. United Kingdom buyers are welcome to support Polkadot Cute via our Etsy shop that does support U.K. buyers.

  • How is shipping calculated?

    Shipping is calculated by weight starting at:

    Domestic flat rate shipping starts at $4.50 and increases by $.10 per item added.

    International flat rate shipping starts at $18.00 and increases by $.75 per item added.

  • How long does it take for my order to ship?

    Most orders ship within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday). Wax melt bars and any order containing a wax melt bar will ship between Monday-Thursday during warmer months to avoid weekend postal delays. Holidays & convention weekends may also cause shipping delays. You can check for any shipping delays on the home page in the announcement bar.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Do you accept returns?

    Since Pcute is a small business, All sales are final unless an item has arrived damaged. Don't hesitate to contact me at Pijenn@Polkadotcute.com with photos of any damage and I will review each case to determine an ideal solution. In most cases, the item can be replaced if it is still in stock. It is my goal to provide everyone with a pleasant shopping experience so I must investigate to determine what went wrong to prevent future incidents the best I can.

  • Help! I think I used the wrong address

    If you believe you’ve submitted the wrong address on your order you have must contact me with the correct address before your order ships. Once the package leaves my hands there is nothing I can do. It is the buyer’s responsibility to contact their local post office with the tracking number provided for assistance.

  • My item arrived damaged, what can I do?

    Please contact me using the contact form immediately with photos of the damage. It is my goal to provide everyone with a pleasant shopping experience. I can only do that if I am made aware of any issues you encountered. I’ll do my best to come up with an ideal solution.

  • Why are your prices different on Etsy?

    The Etsy prices are designed to factor in the cost of Etsy’s listing and processing fees. Supporting Pcute directly on PolkadotCute.com ensures every penny goes to supporting the brand.
